Résumé
This technical report proposes a coherent strategy for the collection of coherent time series of core data. This strategy involves the following topics:1. Identification of problems encountered until now in the estimation of missing values and outlier check for time series of count data2. Definition of conditions for a long term strategy3. Proposal of a coherent solution to be implemented before the end of M4D project and likely to be further developed and improved by next ESPON program.
