Résumé
Twenty years after their creation, the departmental plans for arts education—currently being rewritten in 2024—are struggling to redirect conservatories and music schools toward a diversity of offerings, audiences, and pedagogical approaches. However, amateur artistic practices are an excellent means of socializing children and young people.
