Résumé
Action is moral if it is willed in all circumstances. According to the Typic of practical judgement, law is the model for universalisation. However, although this applies to the first formula of the categorical imperative, this model is not appropriate enough to define the second nor the third formulas. The aporias of Kant’s thought are made clear ; it is then suggested that Rawl’s position of the problem of ‘‘justice’’may contribute to a solution.
