Louis Blin, « The Constricted Emancipation of Saudi Arabia’s Foreign Policy », Politique étrangère, ID : 10670/1.5a9b53...
Iran has benefitted from the United States’ progressive withdrawal from the Middle East. A Saudi-Iranian confrontation should not be seen as Sunni-Shiite opposition however, Saudi Arabia’s foreign policy is not aligned with religious considerations.
