The planetary cannot be understood from itself. Only a reference to the Extra-terrestrial can give us a truly planetary point of view on our existences. How to meet this Extraterrestrial without sending more tourists and waste into space? By the means of “effiction”, and of an “encountrology” that is as interested in octopuses as in little green men.
