Cet écrit propose d’identifier la place qu’occupe la stratégie thérapeutique dans ma pratique de la Gestalt-thérapie et notamment la manière dont elle peut cohabiter avec une posture qui privilégie la présence ici-maintenant, l’attention au champ organisme/environnement, la suspension du savoir et l’absence de projet.Une première situation clinique permet d’explorer la manière dont la stratégie thérapeutique s’élabore et évolue avec le temps. Une seconde se propose d’illustrer comment elle prend place ou pas au sein des séances.

This article proposes to identify the place that therapeutic strategy occupies in my practice of Gestalt therapy and in particular the way in which it can cohabit with a posture that privileges the here-and-now presence, the attention to the organism/environment field, the suspension of knowledge and the absence of a project.The first clinical situation allows us to explore the way in which therapeutic strategy develops and evolves over time. The second situation illustrates how it emerges or not during the sessions.
