Cet article analyse les mobilisations transnationales de l’ International Migration Service de 1921 à 1939. Il se concentre sur sa composition, ses ressources et ses stratégies. Il contribue à mieux comprendre, d’une part, les interactions entre les acteurs étatiques, les associations privées et les organisations internationales, d’autre part, la construction de la question des migrations envisagée d’un point de vue social et international.

Transnational MobilizationsThis article, which analyzes the transnational mobilization of the International Migration Service (IMS) from 1921 to 1939, focuses on its composition, resources and strategies. On the one hand, it helps to understand the interaction between State players, private associations and international organizations. On the other hand, it sheds light on the construction of the migration issue considered in a social and international perspective.
