Résumé 0

Studies on measuring the performance of microfinance institutions using a non-parametric DEA approach have been carried out using either the production or intermediation approach. To our knowledge, these two approaches have not been combined in measuring the efficiency of these institutions. This article aims to fill this gap by using a DEA multi-stage approach to measure financial and social performance of MFI members of the MC2 network in Cameroon. Based on technical efficiency, the results of this study show that there is no opposition between financial and social performance; both are constructed conjointly.
