"since last decade, because new agroindustry arrived and take the home market and there itimplemented new norms of quality.Was analyzed with the objective to analyze the regional transformation derived from theadoption of new strategies and contractual adjustments and different productions that repel inthe milk system. The harvesting of the information was based on interviews structured andsemistructured to milk producers and milk industry.Three stratum of primary production where identified with high degree of heterogeneity,finding a significant difference (P0.05) of stratum three with the one an two; in production,reproduction, technology and integration, production cost, as well as utility by company.It is concluded on the unequal development of the regional milk system, where on the one handthe large producers have adopted in great measure the model one Holstein and have establishedagreements of quality with the agroindustry. In resistance the small cattle dealers (producing)maintain a production system traditional and resort to domestic commercial channels, althoughthey retain high margins of unitary profit, in the first case they predominate offensive strategiesand innovating and in the second the offensive."
