Résumé
Two main topics have always been neglected in the myth of Prometheus: that of Man as “victim”, and that of the revenge against the animal. However, these topics are the foundations of Western thought vis-à-vis Nature. They have a fundamental role in the current ecological disaster. Let’s dream about a Prometheus who will have subordinated the receipt of the fire to the necessity for Man not to agress the other animals.
