Résumé
In the great diversity of the sectarian groups, the case of Jeanne illustrates here, through a rebuilding during a care, the particular place of the idealization in a process of alienation which obtained autonomy gradually, opposite which a work of minimal distance was possible, and prerequisite with any therapeutic contact. An account marked by the stakes of dependence and influence takes shape thus for the sectarian follower of group, and resources always surprising vis-a-vis the extent of the internal stresses and external leaving the group and finding an autonomy.
