Résumé 0

This article explores how taking into account individuals’ concerns contributes to the implementation of the decentralization of QWLC (Quality of Work Life). For this purpose, an exploratory study was conducted in food distribution supermarkets. 25 involved assistant managers of supermarkets were interviewed. Data collection was complemented by non-participant observations and documentary analysis. The results help identify the human, organizational, and managerial concerns of assistant managers in supermarkets (AMS) and address a strategic and operational issue related to the decentralization of QWLC.
