In the first half of November 2023, anthropologist and CNRS Senior researcher Stefania Capone was in Florianópolis (Brazil) for some academic activities, including the lecture "Between Oyó and Ilé-Ifé: the impact of Yoruba history on the reconfigurations of the heritage field in the South Atlantic (Nigeria/Brazil)," which she delivered at the State University of Santa Catarina (UDESC) on November 9. This was an opportunity to conduct the interview presented here, which took place in the same week at the Laboratory of Public History and Cultural Heritage at UDESC.

Au cours de la première moitié de novembre 2023, l'anthropologue et directrice de recherche du CNRS Stefania Capone était à Florianópolis (Brésil) pour des activités académiques, y compris la conférence intitulée "Entre Oyó et Ilé-Ifé : l'impact de l'histoire yoruba sur les reconfigurations du champ patrimonial dans l'Atlantique Sud (Nigeria/Brasil)," qu'elle a présentée à l'Université d'État de Santa Catarina (UDESC) le 9 novembre. Na primeira quinzena de novembro de 2023, a antropóloga e pesquisadora do CNRS Stefania Capone esteve em Florianópolis para algumas atividades acadêmicas, entre as quais a palestra “Entre Oyó e Ilê-Ifé: o impacto da história yorubá nas reconfigurações do campo patrimonial no Atlântico Sul (Nigéria/Brasil)”, que proferiu na Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina (UDESC) em 9 de novembro. Foi a oportunidade para realizar a entrevista aqui apresentada, ocorrida na mesma semana, no Laboratório de História Pública e Patrimônio Cultural da UDESC.
