Résumé
Migration is becoming an unavoidable topic for the upcoming European elections. Migration flows, originally linked to economic needs, are increasingly determined by legal and ethical thinking that extends beyond national borders. It is up to politicians to clarify the terms of the debate, instead of blindly following the ebbs and flows of popular opinion.
