L’intelligence économique tend à trier et enrichir l’information et la documentation recueillies, dans le but de les traiter et de mettre en place la stratégie et le plan d’action en conséquence. L’intelligence économique et la négociation sont liées dans quatre principaux domaines : la recherche d’information, la cartographie des acteurs, le lobbying et les réseaux. Nous nous proposons dans cet article de présenter une recherche basée sur des entretiens qualitatifs approfondis auprès de commerciaux ayant pour projet de vérifier nos réflexions concernant l’apport de l’intelligence économique à la négociation commerciale. Mieux informé, influençant les acteurs clés de la négociation et utilisant au mieux ses réseaux sociaux, le commercial comme le dirigeant saura créer un avantage compétitif sur son marché et optimisera ses négociations.

The economic intelligence tends to sort out and to enrich the information and the documentation collected with the aim of treating them and setting up the strategy and the action plan consequently. The economic intelligence and the negotiation are bound in four main domains: the information search, the stakeholder mapping, the lobbying and the networks. We suggest in this article presenting a research based on qualitative conversations deepened with sellers to verify our reflections concerning the contribution of the economic intelligence in the business negotiation. Better informed, influencing the key actors of the negotiation and making best use of his social networks, the seller as the leader will be create a competitive advantage on his market and will optimize his negotiations.
