Résumé
This text analyses the current changes in the labour world, as well as the relevance of the category of labour in the contemporary society. Despite the heterogeneity, the complexity and the fragmentation of the working class, the possibilities of an effective human emancipation can still arise from the revolts and rebellions originated in the labour world: a simultaneous emancipation process of labour, in labour and by labour.
