Résumé
In the spring of 2023, Colombia elected its first progressive government. This first article analyzes the conditions that made this change possible, as part of the arrival in power of a new wave of progressive governments in Latin America. It also offers a political economy of the specific conditions in Colombia that made the transition possible.
