In this paper I study a model of inhospitable and marginal geography, which constitutes the natural and secure habitat for the life of marginals groups : latrones, fugitivi, boucoloi, etc. This geography is transformed in spaces of marginality, identity, subordination, and resistance in front of the geography of power, expressed in the spaces of order and power.
