Après avoir précisé ce qu’il entend par processus en première et deuxième topiques, l’auteur suit l’évolution au sein d’un psychodrame individuel d’une jeune fille présentant une phobie associative. Les remaniements à l’œuvre dans la cure sont intimement liés à l’analyse du contre-transfert du meneur de jeu et du groupe de psychodramatistes. Analyse qui les conduit à modifier leur jeu et leur technique interprétative.

After clarifying his understanding of the first and second topic processes, the author follows the evolution of a young girl suffering from associative phobia, throughout an individual psychodrama psychotherapy. The changes that take place in the cure are intimately tied to the analysis of the counter-transference of the play leader and of the group of psycho-dramatists. This analysis leads them to change their way of playing as well as their interpretative technique.
