Résumé 0

Several points from discussions that have marked a long friendship are taken up here: the application of psychoanalytic psychodrama to subjects with operational thinking, and the possible risks of this approach motivating the reluctance of psychosomatic specialists; the conception of psychodrama as a “talking cure” opposed to the importance given to the body, the gesture, motricity, and action representations; Szwec’s metapsychological proposals on essential depression in babies, particularly those concerning the extreme precocity of the disorder’s constitution and its anobject dimension. The questioning then focuses on the differences with the emergence of an autistic syndrome. Clinical relatedness and differentiation from aspects of ADHD functioning are also discussed.
