Dans cet article, l’auteur nous propose une réflexion sur sa formation de thérapeute systémicienne et sa position de formatrice à l’intervention et la psychothérapie familiale. Cette réflexion se raconte à travers un récit métaphorique, la mise en lumière d’éléments qui favorisent la transmission et un outil proposé en post-formation qui permet aux thérapeutes de déployer leur style thérapeutique.

In this article, the author offers us a reflection on her experience as a system therapist and her position as a trainer in intervention and systemic family psychotherapy. This reflection is related through a metaphorical story, through the highlighting of elements that promote transmission, and by means of a tool offered in post-training that allows therapists to deploy their therapeutic style.
