Résumé
The neo- Marxist current of “Critique of Value” has developed an analysis of how the modern societies function starting from “The adventures of the commodity”. This theory of structure lacked a true theory of the subject, that is, forms of subjectivation that accompany or oppose this movement of value. Anselm Jappe proposes to fill this blind spot by linking “genealogy of the form-subject” and “form-commodity”. Is this connection of Freud to Marx only a new refinement of the theory of social reproduction or does it constitute an original support for thinking about the question of (self-) emancipation?
