Résumé
The Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) dates back to 1962. Circumstances in Europe have changed greatly since then, as shown by the unravelling of its political project. However, Europe is the top global exporter in what is an increasingly important sector. We ought therefore to work on bolstering a true European solidarity.
