Résumé 0

The objective of this paper is to assess the effect of ICT on the competitiveness of MFIs in Cameroon. The data are obtained through a questionnaire from 88 MFIs. Classification analysis, Kruskal-wallis comparison test, Chi-2 test of independence and multinomial logistic regression are used. The results show that 56.8% of MFI assume they have a high level of competitiveness. Furthermore, the number of computers, the number of softwares, the use of intranet and the use of telephone significantly account for the competitiveness of MFIs in Cameroon.
