Résumé
Conflict is characterised by uncertainty, danger and the reciprocal use of violence. In such situations, trust and loyalty are invaluable resources that can sway the balance of power between belligerents. However, these resources are fragile. Fostering and maintaining these two feelings is therefore a major challenge for all parties involved.
