Simone Novaes : Die « Rückfälligen ». Das Verhalten der Rückfälligen und besonders ihr Widerstreben zur Verwendung von Schwangerschaftsverhutenden Mitteln wird oft als irrational, unangepasst und sogar pathologisch dargestellt. Dieser Artikel schlägt eine andere Perspektive vor, bei der das genannte Widerstreben in Zusammenhang mit einer Ungewissheit über die Wahl des Sexuallebens steht, und die Entscheidung, die Schwangerschaft fortzufuhren oder zu unterbrechen, eine Stellungnahme zu dieser Wahl darstellt. Somit wird eine alien abtreibenden Frauen gemeinsame Problematik klar, ob es sich um eine erste oder wiederholte Abtreibung handelt : eine Fragestellung zu den Normen und Werten, die der Kinderzeugung zugrunde liegen. Für die Rückfälligen, bringt die Entscheidung zur Abtreibung jedoch nur eine nichtzufriedenstellende und zeitweilige wenn auch notwendige Antwort auf diese Frage, die somit neugestellt wird.

The behaviour of the recidivists and in particular their opposition to the use of a contraceptive method is usually presented as being irrational, inappropriate and even pathological. This article suggests a different perspective in which the so-called opposition masks uncertainty over choices in their sexual life : the decision either to carry on a pregnancy or not represents a position adopted in relation to these choices. In this perspective a problematic emerges that is shared by all women who abort, whether they be recidivists or not : the norms and values governing procreation are called into question. However, in the case of the recidivists, the decision to abort can do no more than provide an unsatisfactory and temporary, albeit necessary solution to this inner debate, which will inevitably recur.

Le comportement de la récidiviste, et particulièrement sa résistance à l'utilisation d'un moyen contraceptif, est le plus souvent présenté comme irrationnel, désadapté, voire même pathologique. Cet article propose une autre perspective, où ces résistances recouvrent une incertitude sur les choix de sa vie sexuelle, et la décision de poursuivre ou non la grossesse, une prise de position par rapport à ces choix. Ainsi se dégage une problématique commune à toutes les femmes qui avortent - récidivistes ou non : une interrogation sur les normes et les valeurs qui régissent la procréation. Mais pour les récidivistes, la décision d'avorter n'apporte qu'une solution insatisfaisante et temporaire - même si nécessaire - à ce questionnement qui, de ce fait, sera relancé.

Propone ese articulo otra perspective en que dichas resistencias ocultan una incertidumbre en las elecciones de su vida sexual y la decision de seguir o no el embarazo como position para con esas elecciones. Asi se deprende una problemática común de cuantas mujeres abortan - reincidentes о no : una interrogación en las normas y los valores que rigen la procreación. Pero para los reincidentes, la decisión de abortar no trae sino una solution no satisfactoria y temporal - aunque necesaria - a ese cuestionario que por eso sera planteado otra vez.
