Digital technology is omnipresent in organizations. Professions are evolving, and the organization of work is undergoing profound change. New problems are emerging: mental fatigue, tighter guidance and control, loss of meaning in work...But little is known about the links between digitization, working conditions and social dialogue. Difficulties persist in addressing all the organizational and social issues surrounding digital transformations.ISIDOR enables a detailed analysis of the influence of a given digital tool (software, application) on well-being and citizenship at work, and more broadly on the level of democracy in the organization concerned.With this in mind, ISIDOR offers a toolbox for structuring a social dialogue centered on digital technology in the organization, by taking stock of what already exists and opening up a space for dialogue to collectively discuss improvements and co-construct a repository of best practices tailored to the organization.ISIDOR is a method that can be used by anyone, with no particular prerequisites in terms of IT knowledge.All ISIDOR components can be used independently of the method.

Le numérique est omniprésent dans les organisations. Les métiers évoluent et l’organisation du travail se modifie en profondeur. De nouvelles problématiques apparaissent : fatigue mentale, guidage et contrôle plus étroits, perte de sens du travail…Mais les liens entre numérisation, conditions de travail et dialogue social restent mal connus. Des difficultés persistent à adresser l'ensemble des enjeux organisationnels et sociaux autour des transformations numériques.ISIDOR permet une analyse fine de l’influence d’un outil numérique donné (un logiciel, une application) sur le bien-être et la citoyenneté au travail et plus largement sur le niveau de démocratie dans l’organisation concernée.Dans cette perspective, ISIDOR propose une boîte à outils permettant de structurer un dialogue social centré sur le numérique dans l’organisation en dressant un bilan de l’existant et en permettant d’ouvrir un espace de dialogue pour discuter collectivement des améliorations et coconstruire un référentiel de bonnes pratiques sur mesure pour l’organisation.ISIDOR est une méthode utilisable par tous, sans prérequis particuliers en matière de connaissances informatiques.Tous les éléments d'ISIDOR peuvent être utilisés indépendamment de la méthode.
