"In the present investigation was taken as general objective: to propose rules to prepare the educational of the XXI century, in the use of the new technologies, under a constructivist focus. With such an intention were took in account the theoretical suppositions of Tedesco (2000), Delors (1996), Porlán (2000), Sánchez (2000), among others. The methodology of the study was descriptive analytic, based on the results obtained by Sánchez (2000), Siena (2003) and Vera, (2003); in investigations referred to the application of the new technologies, the results shows, that the educational one, doesn’t mix this technological recourse to the pedagogic chore, he makes use of the same traditional strategies, and in most of the cases the students get advantage over the educational one in the use of the new technologies. In conclusion suggest rules are been offered to the training of the educational with a professional profile agreed to the technological advances"
