Résumé En

The realization of a resilience based research action project requires the elaboration of different models dedicated to the description of the organization studied, to the ideal functioning whishes, to the logic of evolution that have to be create. The objective of this paper is to present a modeling framework dedicated to the study of social organization and it's application to the resilience engineering context.
