Résumé
Unlike in the 19th century, even at the Manufacture de Sèvres, no one would describe this rare example of table service in soft paste, dated 1760-1761 as a “ Technical achievement”. However, in facts, the artistic success of this piece of porcelain hides several technical prowess which are described in this text.
