Résumé 0

In a context of climate emergency, this project aims at establishing the law of the living. In the sixth century, the corpus iuris civilis referred to the state of Roman law. In the sixteenth century, the corpus iuris canonici crystallised for the future the canon law in force. The corpus iuris vitalis is intended to be based on these models to create new concepts in particular for determining the legal balance between humans, animals and nature.
