In the twenty-first century, leaders are having to speak a new language, create fluid organic structures, and recognise organisations as systems with self-renewing capacity. Rethinking leadership explores what real leadership means, encouraging the reader to look within – examine assumptions and make explicit the trusted mental models, seek out reflective space and embark on the journey of authentic self-expression.
