Résumé 0

In this article the author presents a pragmatic study of a case of addiction to alcohol. This study reports on systemic and strategic psychotherapy conducted in sixteen sessions. The author evaluated the impact of cross-symptomatology on a measure of therapeutic alliance. The results show that although the therapeutic alliance is essential, it is not enough to explain the improvement of the patient. It also appears that the application of the systemic and strategic intervention model seems, in this case, to have had specific effects over a certain period (follow-up of three months).
