Résumé
Are we moving towards a modification of borders in the Balkans, in the sense of an ethnic homogenization meant to ensure “definitive” peace in the region? This “solution,” which would open a Pandora’s box of territorial exchanges, in fact risks restarting the cycle of violence. A precedent set here could later be invoked all across Europe.
