Résumé 0

"Multiple emulsions of low dispersed phase, in which the internalphase (W1) was the concentrated phase, were made andtheir behavior under different osmotic pressure gradients and W1/O relations were studied. The behavior was followed by conductivitymeasurements, rheological measurements and microscopy. The microscopy results indicate a volumetric increase of the dispersedphase until it reaches a maximum, and then a decrease ofthe dispersed phase due to the breaking of the emulsion. Therheological measurements showed an initial increase in viscosityuntil it reached a maximum value, and finally a decrease towardsthe initial viscosity value. It was also observed that for smallerW1/O relations the breaking of the emulsion was slower."
