Bien que peu fréquents (10 à 15 % de l’ensemble des lymphomes non hodgkiniens), les lymphomes T périphériques (LTP) ont habituellement un mauvais pronostic et constituent toujours un challenge thérapeutique. Les récents progrès réalisés ces 10 dernières années ont permis une meilleure identification histologique et moléculaire de certaines entités, ainsi qu’une approche thérapeutique ciblée, notamment par l’utilisation d’anticorps monoclonaux en monothérapie ou en association à la chimiothérapie. Cet article, sans être exhaustif, fait le point sur les avancées les plus significatives et les perspectives thérapeutiques.

Peripheral T-Cell Lymphoma (PTCL) represent 10 to 15% of Non-Hodgkin lymphomas but they are usually associated with a poor prognosis with treatment resistance and early relapses commonly observed. In the last decade, relevant improvements have been made both in the understanding of the molecular pathogenesis of some subtypes but also in the therapeutic management particularly based on the use of monoclonal antibodies. This non-exhaustive article will review the main advances made in PTCL.
