Résumé
A same public health issue is motivating research on drug dosage calculation: adverse events related to care. The results of epidemiological studies appear heterogeneous. Education and nursing sciences research documents the ways of calculating, but without dealing with the reasoning and contexts that globally organise calculations. The approach adopted here lead to a global organisation of the drug calculation activity, for the case of dobutamine, which is a high risky drug. Didactic perspectives aim to fuel the initial and in-service education of nurses and their trainers.
