Résumé
Syrian refugees in Lebanon are currently under intense pressure to return to Syria. The pressure toreturn has gradually grown over the last 10 years, but has increased in intensity since 2019, and has beenreactivated or applied more systematically since the summer of 2022, at least in the Lebanese politicaldiscourse. In this policy brief, we look at the conditions for Syrian refugees in Lebanon, the return policies they are faced with, the actual return migration that takes place, and other migration outcomes.
