Georges Lavau : Das politische System und seine Umwelt. Zweck des Aufsatzes ist, einen der am meisten umstrittenen Aspekte der Systemanalyse zu behandeln, wie sie auf die politischen Vorgänge z.B. bei David Easton angewandt wird : die Beziehungen zwischen dem « sozialen sozietalen System » und dem politischen System. Der Verf asser kritisiert die doppelte Hypothese, derentsprechend einerseits das soziale System analytisch vom politischen System unterschieden und als einer der Bestandteile seiner Umwelt angesehen werden könnte, und andererseits Input Vorgänge (wie Interessengruppen, politische Parteien und Informationsmittel) , die am Eingang des politischen Systems stehen, notwendige Werkzeuge zu Interaktion der beiden Systemen wären. Der Autor kommt zu zwei hauptsächlichen Schlüssen durch die Analyse dreier idealtypischen Situationen, die sich ausweisen entweder durch eine relative gegenseitige Autonomie der dominierenden sozialen und politischen Kräfte, oder durch Unterordnung der letzteren in Bezug auf die ersteren, oder aber durch eine Beherrschung der sozialen durch die politischen Kräfte. Diese Schlüsse sind : 1) einige der bezeichnendsten Bestandteile des politischen Systems liegen im sozialen System; 2) die Interaktionenwechselungen der beiden Systeme spiegeln sich am besten in den ihren gemeinsamen Ideologien und Wertsystemen wider.

Georges Lavau : Политическая система и ее окружающая среда. Статья ставит на обсуждение один из аспектов наиболее оспариваемых в системном анализе в своем применении к политическим процессам напр. David'om Easton'om : отношения общественной системы в целом и политической системы. Автор критикует двойную гипотезу по которой можно с одной стороны отличить при анализе социальную систему от политической и считать ее как одной из внутренних составляющих окружающей среды последней, и с другой поставить механизмы in-put (такие как группы совместных интересов, полити- ческие партии и средства информации) в начале политической системы как необходимые инструменты для взаимодействия обеих систем. Анализируя три положения типически-идеальные, отличающиеся или взаимной релативной автономией доминирующих общественных и политических актеров или субординацией последних первыми, или, наконец, доминацией политических актеров над общественными, автор выводит два главных заключения : 1) некоторые из наиболее значительных элементов политической системы находятся в системе общественной, 2) это идеологии и системы ценностей являющиеся общими для двух систем, которые позволяют лучше обяснить изменения при их взаимодействиях.

Georges Lavau : The political system and its environment. This article aims at examining one of the most controversal aspects of system analysis, when applied to political processes, for example by D. Easton : the relationship between the societal social system and the political system. The author criticizes the double hypothesis according to which, on one hand the social system could be analytically differentiated from the political system and considered as one of the environmental elements of the latter. On the other hand, input mecanisms (such as interest groups, political parties, and mass media) set at the border of the political system, would be the needed instruments for an interaction between the two systems. The author analyses three ideal-type situations characterized either by a relative mutual autonomy of the prevailing social actors, or by a subordination of the latter to the former, or else by a domination of political actors upon social actors; he brings out two main conclusions : 1) some of the most significant elements of the political system are part of the social system; 2) ideologies and values systems, common to both, illustrate best the variations of their interactions.

Georges Lavau : El sistema politico y lo que lo rodea. Se propone el articulo examinar uno de los aspectos más discutidos del análisis de los sistemas tal como se aplica a los procesos politicos, por ejemplo por David Easton : las relaciones del sistema social de la sociedad y del sistema politico. Critica el autor la doble hipótesis según la cual, por una parte el sistema social podría ser distinguido analiticamente del sistema politico y considerado como constituyendo uno de los elementos de la cercania, y por otra parte según la cual unos mecanismos « input » (tales como grupos de interés, partidos politicos y media de información) colocados en el principio del sistema politico serían los instrumentes necesarios a las interacciones de ambos sistemas. Analiza el autor très situaciones ideales-tipos, caracterizadas, sea por una relativa autonomía mutual de los agentes sociales dominantes y de los agentes politicos dominantes, sea por una subordinación de éstos a ésos, sea por fin por una dominación de los agentes políticos en los agentes sociales, y desprende dos conclusiones principales : 1) Ciertos elementos entre los más significativos del sistema politico se hallan en el sistema social; 2) son las ideologías y los sistemas de valores comunes a los dos sistemas que dans mejor cuenta de las variaciones de sus interacciones.
