Résumé
This deliverable is the first of the WP4 of the TALANOA Water project which is dedicated to applying the same framework to all the TALANOA Water labs. It is a guideline to help labs follow a similar approach, that will necessarily be adapted to local specificities. It includes the detailed operational aspects for the set up of an innovation ecosystem included in the different steps from the initialization (essentially setting a group of stakeholders) to developing the serious game, designing scenarios and strategies and resorting to a series of workshops that address the different steps in an iterative way (feedbacks between ideas of strategies, their assessment, and new ideas of strategies), up to the implementation. It also includes some insight on organizing participative workshops. The modeling that will serve as support for the assessment next to the stakeholder group is not detailed in this report.
