FINANCIAL STRUCTURE OF DOT-COMS AND ROLE OF FINANCIAL INTERMEDIATION IN CAPITAL INVESTMENT Based on an empirical study, this article analyses the structure of capitalization of dot-coms listed on the stock exchange, compared to other firms in the information and communication technology sector. It highlights the influence of capital-investment intermediaries on the financial equilibrium of those companies.
