Résumé En

Several sites in North Sinaï bear witness to the presence of an important occupation of the region during the Persian period (late 6th BC-end of first half of 4th BC) : certainly the city of Pelusium, where recent excavations have exposed materîal dating to the beginning of the Persian period, but also Tell el-Herr and Tell Kedoua, two neighbouring sites which are both fortified and Persian. and finally Heboua I and II where remains attrilbuted to the First Persian Domination have been recovered during surface investigations.
