Interviewed by Sébastien Fournier, Philippe Gaberan invites professionals in special education and social work to reconnect with the entrepreneurial spirit and an expert team that inevitably involves listening and negotiating. Associations no longer represent the only organizational system of the social and solidarity-based economy. Self-employed businesses, which combine skills from platforms, other forms of group directly connected to the requests of people in vulnerable situations, as well as small, flexible, mobile, reactive organizations, supported by committed participants, are the principles defended in this interview.
