The study presents the analysis of the profile in Facebook of the three private channels with more audience among kids from 4 to 12 years old of the open broadcast television. It was classified the activity of the broadcasters Neox, Boing and Disney Channel during January and February 2014. The research was approached from a quantitative perspective in order to determine what content they publish and the degree of participation of children. It has been found that the main use of the social network by thematic channels aimed at children is as a vehicle of promotion of the shows broadcast on television.
