Résumé 0

This article is an overview of my ongoing research on the life trajectories and political biographies of Algerians deported from France to the Nazi concentration camps in Austria, Germany and Poland during the Second World War. Based on mainly French and German archival documents, a critical analysis of these sources will examine the specific entanglements between fascism and colonialism that not only impacted these lives and led to their deaths, but also how the traces of these fates are archived, unwritten and forgotten.
