This text summarizes some of the advances made at the European level in the field of perinatal and infant mental health in recent decades and, especially, in the pre and postpartum care of women and men in Mother-Baby and Parent-Baby Units, through interdisciplinary psyperinatal networks and antenatal and postnatal detection and intervention procedures, in the Francophone area of Europe.

Este texto sintetiza algunos de los avances realizados a nivel europeo en el campo de la salud mental perinatal e infantil en las últimas décadas y, de manera especial, en la atención pre y postparto de las mujeres y hombres en Unidades Madre-Bebé y Padres-bebé, mediante redes interdisciplinares psiperinatales y procedimientos de detección e intervención antenatal y postnatal, en el área Francófona de Europa.
