The present article explores the question of training and transmission through the psychodramatic framework. It examines how psychodrama enables the collection and processing of issues related to filiation, affiliation, and the bond with trainers, and how it facilitates the transmission and appropriation of the heritage specific to the formative process. The transformative work within training involves a reconfiguration of identifications and can provoke painful and destabilizing moments, confronting trainees with the unknown aspects of themselves and their relationships with others (both fellow trainees and trainers). We will analyze the expression of these psychic tensions, which emerge in rivalrous and/or paranoid scenarios, reflecting individual experiences of transformation—sometimes even perceived as de-formation. Additionally, we will highlight how the process of appropriating what is transmitted necessitates mutual recognition, and thus filiation, affiliation, and the acknowledgment of heritage, for each participant

Le présent article met en travail la question de la formation et de la transmission au travers du dispositif psychodramatique. Est repéré comment le psychodrame permet de recueillir et traiter des enjeux de la filiation, de l’affiliation et du lien aux formateurs, et comment il favorise la transmission et l’appropriation de l’héritage spécifique au processus formatif. Le travail de transformation dans la formation implique le remaniement des identifications, et peut provoquer des moments douloureux et déstabilisants, confrontant les « formants » à l’inconnu des parts d’eux-mêmes et dans le lien aux autres (formants et formateurs). Nous étudierons l’expression de ces tensions psychiques, émergeant dans des scénarios rivalitaires, et/ou paranoïdes figurant les vécus de trans-formations individuels, voire de dé-formations. Sera également repéré comment le travail d’appropriation de ce qui est transmis implique la reconnaissance (réciproque), et donc la filiation, de l’affiliation et de l’héritage, pour chacun.
