Résumé
le patrimoine constitue une ressource importante pour le développement territorial notamment pour les petits centres ruraux du Maroc. En effet, il peut susciter l’intérêt des pouvoirs publics et faire ainsi l’objet d’une action publique dont la finalité principale est le développement local à travers la valorisation du patrimoine immatériel. Le projet de territoire du centre Sidi Chiker constitue une illustration possible de cette dimension politique du patrimoine religieux et historique. Toutefois, la question de construction d’un projet de territoire adapté aux particularités naturelles, sociales, économiques et humaines, et favorisant la participation et l’adhésion des populations se pose avec acuité
