Résumé
Twenty-five years on from the end of the fighting, Bosnia-Herzegovina remains locked in a never-ending state of “post-war.” Despite the international supervision afforded to the country, in truth, it is home to a predatory political class that maintains the status quo, preventing any kind of reform, while citizens flee en masse.
