Résumé 0

"The investigation in political science and political sociology often has as objective to settle down the conditions that associate with the occurrence of some type of historical event as, for example, changes of political régime. In the cases in that the unit of time is discreet, the logistical regression gives us a very well-known and easy tool of using to model those exchange rates. This work explains the use of this technique for the case from the transitions to the democracy in Latin America during the period 1973 at 1990, the Third Wave of Huntington."
